Steve was incredible. He really listened to what I was trying to do and explained they didn’t have the ply I wanted in stock, but could get it in. He called me straight back and even had a better price than the big store across the road. Steve kept me updated with accurate times and dates for when it would be ready. Honestly, 100% better service than others I’ve dealt with.
