BRISBANE BUILDING PRODUCTS

Fuel Card Promotion 2026

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Version 1.0 | Effective from 1 April 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the Brisbane Building Products Fuel Card Promotion 2026 (Promotion). By placing an Order with Brisbane Building Products during the Entry Period, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. PROMOTER

1. The promoter of this Promotion is Brisbane Building Products Pty Ltd (ABN 17 660 794 203) of 2/2083 Sandgate Road, Virginia QLD 4014 (Promoter), trading as Brisbane Building Products (BBP).

2. Enquiries regarding this Promotion may be directed to BBP at warehouse@brisbp.com.au, by telephone on 0422 076 993 or 07 3073 5325, or in person at 2/2083 Sandgate Road, Virginia QLD 4014, during business hours (Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM AEST; Friday 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM AEST).

2. DEFINITIONS

3. In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

(a) BBP means Brisbane Building Products, a trading name of the Promoter.

(b) Business Day means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in Queensland.

(c) Draw means each of the three (3) random prize draws conducted under this Promotion, as set out in Section 6.

(d) Eligible Entrant has the meaning given in clause 10.

(e) Entry Period means the period commencing at 12:00 AM (AEST) on 1 April 2026 and concluding at 11:59 PM (AEST) on 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive).

(f) Immediate Family means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, or sibling of the relevant person.

(g) JDL means JDL Construction Group Pty Ltd (ABN 21 618 173 694).

(h) Order means a confirmed and completed purchase order placed with BBP during the Entry Period, whether placed online via brisbanebuildingproducts.com.au, by telephone, or in person at 2/2083 Sandgate Road, Virginia QLD 4014.

(i) Ordering Entity means the legal entity — whether a company, trust, partnership, or individual — in whose name the invoice is issued by BBP for the relevant Order.

(j) Prize means a $200.00 AUD fuel card as further described in Section 7.

(k) Promotion means the Brisbane Building Products Fuel Card Promotion 2026 conducted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

4. The Promotion commences at 12:00 AM (AEST) on 1 April 2026 and concludes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on 30 June 2026. Entries will only be accepted during this period.

5. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted and will be automatically ineligible.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Entry Period, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements, by notifying entrants via the BBP website or social media channels.

4. ELIGIBILITY

7. This Promotion is open to Queensland-based Ordering Entities whose authorised contact representative is aged 18 years or over, who place eligible Orders with BBP during the Entry Period.

8. Where an Order is placed on behalf of a business, the entrant is the Ordering Entity — being the legal entity in whose name the BBP invoice is issued — and not the individual employee or representative who physically placed the order. For the avoidance of doubt, a sole trader who places an Order personally is both the Ordering Entity and the individual entrant.

9. Each eligible Order generates one (1) entry for the Ordering Entity. There is no maximum limit on the number of entries an Ordering Entity may accumulate. Multiple Orders placed by the same Ordering Entity each generate a separate entry.

10. An Ordering Entity that satisfies the requirements of clause 7 and is not excluded under clause 11 is an Eligible Entrant.

11. The following persons and entities are ineligible to enter or win any Prize under this Promotion:

(a) directors, officers, employees, and contractors of the Promoter (including BBP) and their Immediate Families;

(b) directors, officers, employees, and contractors of JDL Construction Group Pty Ltd (ABN 21 618 173 694) and their Immediate Families; and

(c) any other person or entity directly involved in the management, administration, or conduct of this Promotion.

12. If a selected winner is found to be ineligible, they will be disqualified and a substitute winner will be selected by way of redraw in accordance with Section 9.

5. HOW TO ENTER

13. Entry into this Promotion is automatic. During the Entry Period, every eligible Order placed with BBP constitutes one (1) entry for the Ordering Entity into the applicable Draw. No additional steps, forms, or separate entry mechanisms are required.

14. Entries are non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold, or otherwise transferred to another person or entity.

15. Entries generated from Orders placed during April 2026 are eligible for Draw 1 only. Entries from May 2026 are eligible for Draw 2 only. Entries from June 2026 are eligible for Draw 3 only. Entries do not carry over between draw periods.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes has been submitted fraudulently, mechanically, or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.

6. DRAWS

19. There will be three (3) prize Draws conducted during this Promotion, one at the conclusion of each calendar month of the Entry Period, as set out in the table below:

Draw Draw Date Eligible Entries Winners
Draw 1 (April Monthly) 30 April 2026 Orders placed 1 April 2026 – 30 April 2026 2
Draw 2 (May Monthly) 29 May 2026 Orders placed 1 May 2026 – 31 May 2026 2
Draw 3 (June Final) 30 June 2026 Orders placed 1 June 2026 – 30 June 2026 2

20. Each Draw will be conducted at 10:00 AM (AEST) on the relevant Draw date at 2/2083 Sandgate Road, Virginia QLD 4014. A representative of the Promoter will oversee each Draw.

21. Winners will be selected by random computerised draw from all eligible entries for the relevant Draw period. The selection process is random and each eligible entry has an equal and independent chance of selection.

22. Two (2) reserve entries will be drawn at each Draw in the order they are selected, for use in the event that a primary winner is found to be ineligible, cannot be contacted, or forfeits their Prize in accordance with Section 9.

23. The Promoter will retain records of each Draw — including all entries, selected winners, and reserve entries — for a period of not less than twelve (12) months from the date of the final Draw.

7. PRIZES

24. There are six (6) Prizes available under this Promotion — two (2) per Draw — each consisting of one (1) $200.00 AUD fuel card. The maximum total prize pool is $1,200.00 AUD.

25. Each Prize consists of one (1) $200.00 AUD fuel card redeemable at the winner’s choice of major Australian fuel retailer. Upon confirmation of eligibility, the Promoter will contact each winner to confirm their preferred fuel retailer (such as Ampol, BP, Puma Energy, or similar) before issuing the Prize.

26. Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant fuel card issuer and the chosen fuel retailer. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any terms, restrictions, or expiry conditions imposed by the fuel card issuer or retailer.

27. Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

28. If a stated Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable legislative requirements, to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value.

29. Any tax liability arising from receipt of a Prize (including, without limitation, income tax, GST, or fringe benefits tax) is the sole responsibility of the winner. The Promoter does not provide tax advice, and winners are encouraged to seek independent advice regarding their tax obligations.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PUBLICATION

30. Each winner will be notified by the Promoter within five (5) Business Days of the relevant Draw by both telephone and email, using the contact details associated with the relevant BBP account. Where the Ordering Entity is a company or other legal entity, the Promoter will notify the primary contact person identified on the relevant BBP account.

31. Winners must respond to the Promoter’s notification within fourteen (14) days of the date of the Promoter’s first notification attempt (Response Period). Failure to respond within the Response Period may result in forfeiture of the Prize in accordance with Section 9.

32. Upon confirmation of eligibility and within the Response Period, each winner will be asked to nominate their preferred fuel retailer. The Promoter will then arrange delivery or issue of the fuel card accordingly.

33. The name of each winning Ordering Entity will be published on the Brisbane Building Products website at brisbanebuildingproducts.com.au within seven (7) days of the relevant Draw. By entering the Promotion, each entrant irrevocably consents to such publication.

34. The Promoter may also publicise winner names via BBP’s social media channels and other marketing or promotional materials.

35. If an entrant does not wish to have their name published, they must notify the Promoter in writing at warehouse@brisbp.com.au prior to the relevant Draw date. The Promoter notes that publication of winner names may be required under applicable laws or to satisfy regulatory transparency obligations.

9. UNCLAIMED PRIZES

36. If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner after three (3) genuine notification attempts within the Response Period, or if a winner fails to respond or claim their Prize within the Response Period, the Prize will be forfeited.

37. In the event of forfeiture, the Promoter will conduct a redraw at 10:00 AM (AEST) at 2/2083 Sandgate Road, Virginia QLD 4014 on the applicable redraw date set out below, selecting a substitute winner from the reserve entries drawn at the original Draw:

Original DrawOriginal Draw DateRedraw Date (if required)

38. The same notification and Response Period conditions apply to substitute winners selected at a redraw.

39. Any Prize that remains unclaimed following both the original Draw and the applicable redraw will be retained by the Promoter and will not be re-offered or redistributed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

40. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and accepts that the decisions of the Promoter in relation to all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entered into.

41. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to disqualify any entry or entrant that the Promoter reasonably believes:

(a) is not an Eligible Entrant;

(b) has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information;

(c) has tampered with or manipulated the entry process; or

(d) has otherwise acted in breach of these Terms and Conditions or in a manner prejudicial to the fair conduct of the Promotion.

42. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any problems arising from telecommunications networks, internet connections, or other technical difficulties.

43. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably contemplated due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s control (including technical failures, fraud, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events), the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable legislative requirements, to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Promotion, or to modify any Prize, without prior notice.

44. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit, exclude, or modify any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

11. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

45. The Promoter collects personal information (including the name of the Ordering Entity, and the name and contact details of the Ordering Entity’s authorised representative) for the purposes of administering the Promotion, including entry processing, winner selection, winner notification, Prize delivery, and publication of winner names.

46. Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at brisbanebuildingproducts.com.au/privacy-policy, and in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

47. The Promoter will not use personal information collected through this Promotion for any purpose other than administration of the Promotion, unless separately and expressly consented to by the entrant. The Promoter will not sell, disclose, or transfer personal information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary for Prize fulfilment (including engaging fuel card issuers or delivery service providers).

48. Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information held by the Promoter by contacting warehouse@brisbp.com.au.

12. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

49. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its officers, employees, agents, and contractors exclude all liability for:

(a) any loss, damage, costs, or expenses (whether direct, indirect, or consequential) suffered or incurred by an entrant in connection with participation in this Promotion;

(b) any technical failure, malfunction, or delay in processing entries;

(c) any Prize that is lost, stolen, damaged, or subject to restrictions after delivery to a winner; and

(d) any tax liability arising from receipt of a Prize.

50. The Promoter’s aggregate liability in connection with this Promotion is limited to the total value of the Prize(s) to which the relevant entrant or winner is entitled under these Terms and Conditions.

51. Each entrant indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoter and its officers, employees, agents, and contractors against any loss, claim, liability, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with the entrant’s participation in this Promotion, including any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

13. VARIATION AND CANCELLATION

52. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time, subject to applicable legislative requirements.

53. Any modification to these Terms and Conditions will be published at brisbanebuildingproducts.com.au and will take effect from the time of publication.

54. Where the Promotion is cancelled or suspended, the Promoter will endeavour to notify entrants via the BBP website, social media channels, or direct communication to the extent reasonably practicable.

14. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

55. This Promotion is a trade promotion lottery (game of chance) conducted by a commercial business. No permit is required under the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld), which applies exclusively to charitable and community organisations. No permit or regulatory filing is required in any Australian jurisdiction for this Promotion. This Promotion is conducted in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) and the Fair Trading Act 1989 (Qld).

15. GOVERNING LAW

56. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia.

57. Each entrant irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts having jurisdiction to hear appeals from those courts.
